Brought up in the beautiful Transkei and obtaining no less than three law degrees at the University of Fort Hare (B.Juris, B.Proc and LLB), Diploma in Insolvency law (UP) and Diploma in Business Rescue (UNISA). Bongani was admitted as an attorney in 2001 and has been a part of the firm since 2003.

Building on his experience in Insolvency Law, and becoming a preferred partner with accounting firms in insolvency appointments, Bongani is a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency Practitioners and gladly accepts appointments as Liquidator in Insolvent Estates. He is a highly regarded expert in the fields of personal injury law and motor vehicle collisions, where he diligently applies himself in obtaining the best possible outcomes for his clients, in the shortest time.

The devotion of his time and personal attention to his loyal clients reflects his earnest, yet amicable approach, making him highly respected for his legal knowledge, tenacious work ethic and integrity. It is for these same reasons and, of course, his winning smile, that Bongani is also well-liked and respected by his colleagues, peers and staff alike.
