Angus Pringle

A Director in the firm’s Litigation and Commercial Departments, Angus specialises in all aspects of High Court Litigation.

He is acknowledged as a leading attorney in the field of Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Insurance Law, having represented various large insurance companies. He also heads up a lively Corporate Recoveries Department. To complement his extensive experience in Insolvency Law, Liquidations, Sequestrations and Business Rescue. 

Being highly organised and committed to his work and clients, Angus demands nothing but the best of himself and his staff, to provide a superior service and speedy solutions. His extensive experience and resolute attention to detail has enabled him to become a well-respected expert in the field of Commercial Contracting, offering invaluable advice to his clients, from smaller businesses to multinational corporations.

Angus has been with DFO since 1997, after obtaining his BA LLB degree at Rhodes University. He qualified as an attorney in 1999 and has remained with the firm ever since. He is also very involved in the management of the firm, serving on the Finance Committee, procuring office equipment and computers, and overseeing the general maintenance of the office. As a proud Old Selbornian, Angus is still very involved with the school, his community and his church. Apart from spending time with his family, he enjoys long walks in the bushveld of the Eastern Cape and Karoo.
