An expert in the field of property transfers, developments and all other aspects of conveyancing, Samantha is Senior Associate in DFO's Property Department. As the firm’s representative at the heart of the Deeds Office, Sam is responsible for lodging and executing deeds, and dealing with queries and problems at the root, ensuring a faster process to the benefit of both clients and correspondents.

Sam obtained her B.Proc degree at UNISA and was admitted as an Attorney in 1997, a Conveyancer in 1998 and a Notary in 1999. She joined DFO in 2016, committed to developing the firm’s King William’s Town branch, which is at the seat of the Registrar of the Deeds Office.

Sam has procured conveyancing work from government departments and parastatals, which she continues to illicit and in which she takes great pride. Her motto of honesty and integrity earns her the faith and trust of her clients and colleagues. Her experience extends to her serving as a convener and examiner for the Attorneys Admission Exams and lecturing Bookkeeping and Introduction to Legal Practice at the local Law School. Additionally, Sam presents ad hoc conveyancing courses to aspiring conveyancers, as examination preparations. Sam enjoys the outdoors while gardening or hiking with her family. In quieter moments, she enjoys reading and listening to classical music.
