Proficient specialist in General Litigation and Collections, Nicole is an Associate in DFO’s Collections and Litigation Departments.
A Clarendon High School matriculant, Nicole obtained her LLB degree in 2014 at the University of the Free State, where she became a member of the Academic Committee, and enjoyed life as an on-campus boarder. She joined the firm the following year and was admitted as an Attorney in 2017. Eager to broaden her field of expertise, Nicole was exposed to Commercial Litigation, drafting of Contracts, Conveyancing and Family Law, among other law disciplines, while completing her articles of clerkship at the firm.
It is her immediate attention to her cases that maintains client and correspondent attorney satisfaction. Nicole’s calm and mature approach makes her a firm favourite with colleagues, clients and staff alike. When the demands of her work allow, Nicole relaxes by going to movies and reading, without compromising on the importance of family time. Nicole is no stranger to the kitchen, where she tries her hand at cooking and baking, and with a foodie’s curiosity, enjoys trying out new restaurants.
